Project day at the Elementary School

The other day we went to Ben's school and saw some of the hard work the kids have been doing on their "Expeditions" this year.  The third graders have been studying the Plateau Indians and the area in which we live.  Ben's informative poster of the "Plateau Indians and their Environment" was very detailed.

Congratulations Myranda on a great 1st year!

Myranda's first year of High School is coming to an end quickly.  We are so proud of our little girl!!  

The pictures below are a couple from the awards ceremony the other night.  Myranda received several awards based on her great grades and overall hardworking attitude at school.  They included one for Art, one for volunteer work with the FCCLA group, the Presidential Academic Excellence Award, and a special one from the high school for maintaining a 3.8 or higher gpa... she has a 3.92!!

There is nothing like a baby boy, and I am so happy that you have a son as well as your beautiful daughter to bless your little family.  We are very glad that he is healthy and you are both doing well.  This song is for you!
