Boys will be boys and Ben will be Ben... a rowdy collison with the edge of the bannister resulted in the three stitches now sported by our son. It looks so much better after being stitched up. Now he will have to come up with a good story to go with the scar I am sure he will have.
Patience is not about how long someone can wait... It's about how well they behave while they wait.

Wow that looks longer than three stitches! And SO close to his eye...ahh the joys of parenting. Good to see him smiling in the picture!
yeah, they only stitched the part near the eyebrow... it was gaping open. /eew
Oh My gosh! Buy Vitamin E capsules (in any vitamin area of the store), break it open and rub (lightly) the gel onto the scar as it heals. This will help reduce the scaring. I used this on my forehead when I ran into the 2x4 on kath's bike (it was on two fence posts & I didn't see it). Poor guy!
