Patience is not about how long someone can wait... It's about how well they behave while they wait.

High School! and Third Grade! Wait, what?!!

Yesterday I took my baby girl to Frosh Orientation.  She knew I really, really wanted a picture of her out front, so allowed it quickly after everyone else had left.

"Ok, did you get it?"

"Maahhm!"

Here my babies are this morning... all ready for the first day of High School and Third Grade... I can't believe it!!

Ben's teacher this year is Mrs. Price.  She seemed nice and his classroom looked really great.  It is in a different building than he has been in the past two years and his classroom has a door right into the Library.  Very cool.

I stopped by to visit my honey and cry on his shoulder about our little ones being so grown up.

Dy: The first pics at the school were on Monday at Orientation. The first day of school was Tuesday, when I took their picture out front of the house.

Kat: Her first T shirt has a picture of a microphone with the cord wrapped all around it. The second one is a graphic T that says "Vampires love you forever"

=P

Aww! I felt Myranda's pain taking those pictures. Total flash back for me. Now, as a mom, I think it is cute and necessary!! Congrats Ben on 3rd grade, he will love all of the books at the Library!!
