Patience is not about how long someone can wait... It's about how well they behave while they wait.

no one was hurt

David and Myranda slid off the edge of the "ditch" at the bottom of our road last night after play practice.  They are both fine, but the truck is not.  You can't really tell from this picture, but the incline is probably 60 degrees or so.  Once the tow truck got it pulled out David could see that the front right was pretty damaged and it was undrivable.  =(

I think the stress and lack of sleep last night let the germs I've been fighting off take hold so I had to call in sick to work today as well.

Pretty much not a great day... but I am sooo thankful they were not hurt!

estimated almost 8k in damage. Hoping it won't take too awfully long to fix it. Have not been given a time frame yet. Have the rental car for about 3 more weeks if needed.
